How to Deploy VM's form template in Orchestrator

You would get started with this task by using one of the "Clone" workflows found in the vCO Workflow Library. There are several to choose from depending on how you wish to do your clone:

  • Clone virtual machine from properties
  • Clone virtual machine, no customization
  • etc...
There are also specific workflows for doing Windows Clones with Customization, Linux Clones with Customization, and even Linked Clones...
Get started with one of those workflows by embedded the one you wish to work with in your new workflow. Synchronize the Presentation, then adjust your input variables as desired. NOTE: This is where you would move some Inputs to Attributes and then assign static values that you wish to ALWAYS be used and not selected with each execution of the workflow.

After you have mastered the steps listed above (obviously not a step-by-step tutorial in this case), you embed your new workflow into a loop as described in the Community thread above or in the article here: Creating Workflow Loops
